What is HELPDESK?

Albentia Systems has a Helpdesk Support platform that acts as a communication between customers and our support engineers. Based on a simple ticket-oriented system, it allows to reflect any queries or requests, which will be open and visible until they are solved and remain registered in the system once solved.

The high degree of customer satisfaction obtained through this tool is based on easy handling, fast and personalized attention and monitoring of the incidence at all times, allowing to check their status, get detailed reports, calculate resolution times and know what engineer is responsible for it.

How does HELPDESK work?

OPEN ONE TICKET FOR EACH QUESTION OR TECHNICAL ISSUE AND ONE OF OUR ENGINEERS WILL HANDLE IT

OUR ENGINEERS WILL ASK FOR INFORMATION OR CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL UNTIL THE ISSUE IS SOLVED

ONCE WE GET CONFIRMATION THAT THE ISSUE IS SOLVED, CLOSE THE TICKET AND GET BACK TO IT WHENEVER YOU NEED
